Who the hell is Kenna?
I remember back when I didn’t have taste in music. I would still discover some good tunes every once in awhile: Kenna, Tricky, and At the Drive-in, to name a few. Thus, Kenna is a prime example of how listening to terrible music eventually led me to good music. As a young teen, I was really into Limp Bizkit (don’t hate, you were too). Fred Durst was all over the...

8 of Top 10 YouTube Videos of All Time are Music... →

Mumford & Sons Surpass 1,000,000 in US and Britain →
I’m not crazy about these guys, but in today’s music environment this is impressive for an established artist, let alone these fellas. The Arcade Fire win Album of the Year and now this, indie music is as un-indie as ever!

Hackers Discover Google's Cloud Service →
Leave it to hackers to spoil a surprise. Sounds like Google may come out of left field and offer cloud music-related services before Spotify and Apple get around to it.

WatchWatch
Some bands put on the wildest show you will ever witness, but still never get much recognition. Monotonix will eternally go down as one of the funnest times I’ve ever had at a show. The thing is, these guys played every show on the ground, in their fan’s faces. I heard a rumor that each show ends with them being carried with their gear to their bus by their fans. I’ve been...
